We want you to feel confident in your purchase of the LifeVac; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unopened device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used LifeVac units cannot be returned unless they were deployed in a documented rescue.

Contact our customer support team via our official website or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Item
Securely place the unopened LifeVac in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship to LifeVac
Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our designated returns warehouse; please retain your tracking number for confirmation.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned item to verify it is unopened, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
